Appuldurcombe Gardens Park, Wroxall
Our pretty family park offers you the best of both worlds. Whilst only a short distance by car from the famous resorts of Shanklin, Sandown and Ventnor, we are ideally situated for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Originally part of the landscaped gardens of a nearby historic house, the park still maintains its olde-worlde charm, with its 40 static caravans set within the old orchard walls. The orchard is traffic free so it is completely safe for young children. With the added feature of a small winding stream, our camping field has marked pitches, free showers, washing-up rooms and toilet/bathroom for disabled. We are a perfect base for families, walkers and cyclists with a site shop, large heated outdoor swimming pool and small clubhouse during high season. There is also a Bar and entertainment room, toilets and a bathroom for the disabled, laundry room with coin operated washing machines, dryers, and irons, a cafe with takeaway service, grocery and gift shop, highchairs and pushchairs for hire, play area, pitch and putt, and crazy golf. Ferry package deals available, free booking service. Short breaks available. Facilities: Credit cards accepted, Ferry can be arranged, Licensed for alcohol, Pets welcome, Restaurant, Shop on site, Outdoor swimming pool, Televisions, Launderette on site, Gas and electric included in tariff, Linen for hire, Children welcome. Contact Appuldurcombe Camping Park for more information and tariff. |
