The Belmont is an imposing former Victorian gentleman's residence, known for our warm welcome, friendly efficient service, and relaxing atmosphere.

Standing in mature grounds, The Belmont offers superior accommodation in elegant surroundings, ideally located a short stroll to the picturesque thatched Old Village, wooded Shanklin Chine, beach and town centre.

We offer thirteen well-furnished bedrooms, all en-suite, including premier and superior rooms (twin, king-sized or four-poster beds), ground floor rooms and a family suite. Most have sea or garden views.

Start your day with a hearty English or Continental breakfast looking onto the garden from the elegant dining room, before settling down on the colonial-style veranda in the morning sun. Relax all day in our secluded sun-trap garden, take a dip in our outdoor pool (heated seasonally), and find the perfect place for an evening drink in our cosy bar.
