Hillside Hotel, Ventnor

Built circa 1789, The Hillside in Ventnor, Isle of Wight, is the town's oldest and only thatched hotel. It is set amongst 2 acres of grounds; at the foot of tree clad St Boniface Downs, the highest point on the Isle of Wight, with superb sea views. All of our en-suite bedrooms are uniquely and attractively furnished, with tea and coffee making facilities.

Each meal is served at an unhurried pace at individual tables. Breakfasts are generous and an interesting and varied choice of menu is guarantied for the five course evening dinner.

All food is prepared and cooked in our own large kitchen. We delight in catering for vegetarians, and will happily cater for any special dietary requirements upon notification.
