The award winning Wildlife Encounter is a unique experience not to be missed. A fun-filled interactive approach will ensure the most memorable family day out. With a hands-on programme of events to keep you entertained all day, it's little wonder that the park was voted Best Visitor Attraction in the South of England 2000.

There are over 100 beautiful flamingos in three different species, owls, kookaburras, pelicans, parrots, peacocks, cranes, hundreds of free-roaming ducks, the Island's only colony of Humboldt penguins, geese and swans so tame they feed from the hand, wallaby walkabout and pets corner, playful otters and new for 2010 alpacas.

There are hundreds of tame birds fed from the hand in spacious grounds. Waterfalls and water displays, indoor plant and bird house, aquarium, large gift shop and tearoom.
