Delightful valley garden forming the grounds of the Elizabethan Manor House (leased privately). Located in the centre of picturesque Mottistone Village and at the foot of the Downs. There is a restored organic kitchen garden and plant sales from the greenhouse.

For children there is a quiz to find 'The Flower Pot People'. The 1930's architect's garden office (The Shack) with 'bijou' interior is well worth a look. The Mottistone Estate extends for 263 hectares from Mottistone Down to the coast at Sudmoor.

There are spectacular walks and views of the surrounding coast, and you can discover the 'Longstone', the remains of a Neolithic Long Barrow (2500 BC). Tea and Home made cakes available from the Summer House.
